As the third leg of the Delta Eta Boulé, the Delta Eta Boulé Foundation Alumni Association (DEBFAA, “the Alumni Association”) will build a community of Delta Eta Boulé Scholarship Program recipients who have graduated from college and will provide professional and civic leadership development opportunities to its members.
